When we are backordered, expected shipping dates are prominently displayed on the product page for each item in our store. Your estimated shipping date will also be displayed in your shopping cart at checkout, and in your confirmation email after you place your order.
If there is a change to your estimated shipping date for any reason, you will be notified via email. If you don't receive an email notification about a change to your shipping time, no changes have been made, and you can expect your order to ship on the original date noted at checkout and in your order confirmation.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send an email notification to let you know. your Prepdeck is on its way!
When Prepdeck is backordered, you may prefer to wait until we are back in stock to place your order. Please note that we are continually receiving and processing orders through backordered periods, meaning you can expect new ship dates to be pushed further the longer you wait to place your order.
The best way to get a Prepdeck to your door as fast as possible is to place an order, even when we are backordered, as orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
