Return Policy

Our mission is to bring back the joy of cooking, so it’s our hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase!

In the event that you wish to return an item, we accept returns or exchanges for purchases made at www.prepdeck.com within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Costs paid for Package Insurance or upgraded shipping via Ground, 2-day or Overnight are non-refundable.

Returns originating from the lower-48 United States will be free of charge when receiving the refund as store credit. Returns receiving a refund back to the original payment method will receive a full refund less a return shipping and handling fee.

Returns originating from Hawaii, Alaska, or the outlying US regions and territories, will incur a return shipping fee in order to cover the additional costs associated with shipping to and from these locations. This cost will be shared with you and deducted from your final refund. 

At this time, returns from outside the US are not accepted.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of your items back to our fulfillment center. Refunds take 3-5 days, depending on your bank, but you will receive a notification from us once your refund has been processed. 

Partial returns of items included in bundles are not an option. 

Items noted as final sale, or items purchased at 25% of more during a sale event are FINAL SALE and not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
